Hi Sophie! Welocme back to blogland! It is so nice to see you back. A Stanley convention, how adorable! Your Mum did a lovely job, he looks so loved! We hope all will resolve itself on the job front for you. Lavender chocolate sounds divine. We recently tried lavender icecream at a Lavender Farm in the country, can't tell you how good that was! Happy Valentines Day Sophie! Jenn and Jacqui

Happy morning after Valentines! Sorry I missed you yesterday. It was my son's 17th birthday (yes, he's my sweetheart!). Of course, he went to dinner and a movie with his girlfriend (I still think it should be MY special day with him) but Steve had flowers delivered, put on a fire and we watched "Becoming Jane", which was delightful. Hope your day was lovely also. Miss you. Blessings... Polly

I have a naughty ginger cat pressing my keyboard at the moment, he keeps sitting on the space bar and everything whizzes away!lol.I've got to try that lavender chocolate from waitrose,it sounds divine..lavender scones are nice too! best wishes!

What cute dogs! Your Mom is so sweet in doing that for you. Such a dilemma over the "missing laptop"! I'm sure you are going through withdrawal. Hope you had a good Valentine's Day....

Funny you should mention camellias. The young Pink Perfection that I have nursed for years was eaten by one of my dog's last week. You loving camellias know how slowly they grow. I nearly wept with frustration.

Your posts have been missed. Hope things work out with the job. Fingers crossed!

Ah Sophie! What a wonderful surprise to check your blog and see there was a new entry from you. Valentine's Day traditions in the US are to say you love not only your partner but your family and friends so it is a perfect time to give your best friend a card. I hope you will hear some news about your job soon. Is it normal that things are up in the air so long? Take care and remember that blogging is healthy for the soul!!!

Hugs ~
