Hi Sophie, Glad you had a wonderful romantic evening. The village looks fabulous.
Your cat is GORGEOUS! The Rex that we had some years ago had the curly coat. He was like a baby lamb. Even his tiny whiskers were curly. We had him when my daughters were tiny; they would dress him in their dolls clothes...he was sooo laid-back! Luckily! (Shall try to dig out a photo, but it will be of the paper variety, not digital!)
You post sooo often...I can't keep up with you! Have a great weekend, Niki.
Cute little kitty?DHow did he get his name?Does he have fur?It is hard to tell in the picture.Maybe he follows the sun because he is cold. Do they make sweaters for cats????HeHe. Our dog Ben runs off with the whole bag of bread every time my hubby leaves it on the kitchen table,(which sadly is all too often) and I find a shredded bread bag and a happy, contented dog lying on the sun porch.Oh well, maybe he is not getting enough carbohydrates! That little village is darling, and I am soooo glad you had such a romantic evening!"see you soon"!
Sophie, He is so cute. Did you know that yesterday was hug a cat day? I read it in the paper. My daughter says, everyday is hug a cat day! Have a great day! Rosemary
Hi Sophie I have had such a lovely time reading through your blog and looking at all your yummy pictures that I just wanted to say hi from one vintage girl to another :-)
Hi, what a beautiful cat! I just rescued one today very much like him. Wish I could have kept him, but think he has found a wonderful home. Still have one more to rescue.Hoping to get him this weekend.
Thank you so much for your visit and sweet comments...I'm glad that you stopped by so that I could in turn find you, too! Your blog is delightful, and I have enjoyed reading quite a few of your posts, and especially loved reading about you and your lovely sister at the wedding. Beautiful photos!
You and I could also shop together...we have similar tastes, and I would enjoy the shops and places that you like to visit. I am going to add you to my list, so that I can visit you often.
I hope that you're having a wonderful weekend! BTW, a friend of mine who is an independent writer in Washington, D.C. has a Rex, also. Beautiful kitty!
Hi Sophie, I just found your blog and enjoyed reading about your Rex cat. At least you don't have problems with molting this time of year :) Spider is very special and is obviously loved lots.

Spider is so cute nestled into your wicker chair, just where a kitty should be I think! :o)
